 We shot this last summer. My man Dave Matthis was behind the lens in 90 plus degrees. If you want to see some real jumping check out JUMP! the documentary. Those kids can jump and put me to shame!. 5 minutes of jumping at top speed is equivalent to 1 mile.

D reached single digit bodyfat within 60 days of hardcore training and dieting.  I think its symmetry that makes  a great physique not just muscle mass. We trained for both and ever since then the lower ab muscles have been called amongst a certain set “the D’angelo”.
